Use this page to exercise your privacy rights. Anyone whose voice we hold — including the second person in a recorded conversation — can make a request.
What you can request
- Access to / a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction of inaccurate information.
- Deletion of your data and withdrawal of biometric consent.

How to submit a request
Use the form below, or email support@intispeak.com. You do not need to create an account to opt out of sale/share, and an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We'll email you to verify your identity before acting on the request.
Verifying your identity
To protect your data we may need to verify who you are before acting on a request, and we will respond within the timeframes the law requires.
One important limit on deletion
When you withdraw or ask us to delete a recording, we remove it from our systems and from future datasets. However, if a recording was already delivered in a completed dataset, the buyer may still hold a copy under their license; we will ask them to delete it, but we cannot always guarantee downstream removal.
