The terms under which AI companies license our voice and conversation datasets. This is a placeholder outline; the binding agreement is provided during the access process.

What this agreement will cover

  • License scope — what the data may be used for (e.g. training vs. evaluation).
  • Use restrictions — no resale of raw recordings, no re-identification of contributors, no voice cloning of identifiable people.
  • Our representations about lawful collection and contributor consent/provenance.
  • Deletion and withdrawal pass-through obligations.
  • Data processing terms and international-transfer safeguards.
  • Fees, term, termination, confidentiality, indemnities, and liability.
