Recording Data License & Biometric Consent

Summary of what you agree to

• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and distribute the video and audio you record, and to include it in datasets licensed to third parties for training and evaluating AI models.
• You confirm the recordings are your own — filmed by you, of your own activity and voice — that you are at least 18, and that you have the right to grant this license.
• Your face, likeness, and voice are biometric data. Where your face or body appears in what you film, this is also your consent and release for us to collect, store, and license that footage as part of the dataset.
• Film only spaces you are entitled to film in, and only people who have agreed to appear. Do not film identifiable other people without their permission — and never film children, even your own, or anyone who cannot agree for themselves.
• Do not capture sensitive personal information, yours or anyone else's: faces of non-consenting bystanders, screens, letters and documents, full names, government IDs, payment cards, health details, passwords, keys, or address markers on doors and post.
• You will be paid the posted per-minute rate for approved uploads, subject to quality review and an anti-fraud maturity hold before payout.
• You may stop contributing at any time, but cannot revoke the license for recordings already approved and included in delivered datasets.
• You can withdraw consent for a stored recording at any time and we delete it. Conversation recordings involve two people — if EITHER participant withdraws, the whole conversation (both sides' recordings) is removed from future use, and any pay still in the maturity hold for it is reversed for both participants.

Still to be finalized

The full version of this release will add: a biometric-specific written disclosure and signature covering face and likeness as well as voice, the specific, enumerated uses you license (rather than an open-ended grant), the named categories of recipients, the rights of third parties who appear in filmed footage, and a cross-reference to the retention & destruction schedule.
